embodiment of courage, wisdom, grace
Women cause
a safe space with their warm embrace
Women are not
to be owned, changed or replaced
Being with women
is a sure way to get amazed.

Being without women
is like heading towards death with no hope to return
In order to have women
we need to let all prejudice, injustice, inequality burn

My mum thought women
need to be strong on their own, carry the world by themselves
My dad thought women
should be statues men put on display on top of their shelves.

writing my own story
honoring my parents, yet choosing to bask in the uniqness
of my own, godly glory.

at once nothing and oh, so much
